I have been with Tusculum College, Graduate & Professional Studies Admissions Team since
August, 2003.

I currently serve counties in my home county of Claiborne, as well as Grainger, Hamblen, Hancock, and Union.

My previous career was in the medical community as a Respiratory Therapist. I received an Associate of Science degree in Respiratory Therapy in1985 as a Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician.

I received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management degree from Tusculum in 2003 and am currently working toward a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.

Working at Tusculum has been a blessing in my life. It is a joy to help adult students achieve what they need and want most, an education. I am a life long learner and delight when someone wants to pursue that path also.

One of my favorite quotes is, "The older I get, the more wisdom I find in the ancient rule of taking first things first- a process which often reduces the most complex human problems to manageable proportions." - Dwight D. Eisenhower.

This quote was first introduced to me by a former manager. She is the manager that taught me what it is to do a good job - process by process.
