JANE ALLEN

I have been with Tusculum College since 1993. From 1993 through 1996, I worked in the development office; later, I joined the Graduate & Professional Studies Program in 1997.

I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Adult Education from Tusculum College.

I enjoy working on a college campus environment, in particular, the opportunity to work with students on a personal level.

Recently, I read Denzel Washington's book, A Hand to Guide Me, which talks about how each of us can remember a relative, friend, or teacher who made an impact in our lives. As individuals, we have an obligation to those who have impacted our lives. We should look for and seize every opportunity we have to encourage someone to reach for their dreams.

At home I love spending time with family and friends, especially with our two grandsons, Ben and Jacob.
