TUCSON, Ariz. --- For the first time in over a month, Tusculum College has climbed back into the national rankings and is listed No. 29 in this week’s Collegiate Baseball Division II Poll announced College officials Monday.

West Chester and USC Aiken are tied for 11th, followed by Abilene Christian, Erskine, Central Missouri, Franklin Pierce, St. Joseph’s, Valdosta State, West Alabama, Mesa State, Cal State Chico, Wayne State (Neb.), Catawba, Ouachita Baptist, Southern Indiana, Lynn, Concord, Western Oregon, Tusculum and Francis Marion to round out the poll.

Tusculum will host King College on Tuesday night for a 6 p.m. non-conference tilt at Pioneer Park.  It will be TC’s final tune-up for this weekend’s Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Tournament.  The six-team, double-elimination tournament is being held in Hickory, N.C. and the Pioneers will face host Lenoir-Rhyne in a first round match-up on Thursday at 7:30 p.m.
