SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. --- The Tusculum College baseball team is ranked
No. 11 in the country according to this week's National Collegiate Baseball
Writers Association Division II Poll announced College officials Wednesday.
The Pioneers (48-12) dropped two
spots from last week's No. 9 ranking, despite not playing and owning the
second-best victory tally (48) in the nation.
TC received 71 points in this week's poll.
The Pioneers will learn its
postseason fate this Sunday when the 48-team NCAA Division II Tournament field
is announced.
