DAHLONEGA,
Marble
extended the North Georgia lead to 11 at 29-18 which was their largest lead of
the half, but Tusculum fought back and went on a 14-3 run to end the half and
tie the score 32-32 at the break.
The
Pioneers came out firing in the second half and took a 38-37 lead on a jumper
by Kat Spears, but
Marble
set a career-high with 35 points and also pulled down 10 rebounds and added
three assists. Singelton had her second big game of the tournament, pouring in
17 points and grabbing 12 rebounds of her own.
