SAC CROSS
COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP
"Dembna, Underwood
Earn All-Conference Honors"
By finishing in the top 14, both
Dembna and Underwood earn All-SAC Second Team honors.
Dembna posted a time of 20:19.19
on the 5,000-meter course, while Underwood finished at 20:35.86. Underwood, running in her first and only
season for the Pioneers, earns All-SAC honors for a second time in her
career. She garnered All-SAC Second Team
recognition in 2005-06 with the TC women's basketball team.
Jenny Dold finished 42nd with her time of 22:54.04,
while Khirstin Two Crow placed 52nd
at 24:24.30. Anne Brady rounded out the
In the men's 8K race, freshman Simon Holzapfel finished 20th
with a time of 27:19.65, while Donald
