BOYS & GIRLS CLUB TO PARTICIPATE IN TUSCULUM FOOTBALL SENIOR DAY

 

                GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Boys & Girls Club of Greeneville will be participating in "Senior Day" ceremonies at this Saturday's Tusculum/Carson-Newman football game announced College officials.

 

                Tusculum's 18 football seniors will be escorted onto the field by members of the Boys & Girls Club during pre-game ceremonies of Saturday's game, which will kickoff at 1:30 p.m. at Pioneer Field on the Greeneville campus.  Senior Day ceremonies are slated to begin at 1:10 p.m. on Saturday.

 

                Saturday's contest will by the 37th meeting on the gridiron between Tusculum and Carson-Newman.  The TC/C-N series is the second oldest collegiate football rivalry in the State of Tennessee, beginning in 1904.  The Tennessee/Vanderbilt series is the oldest (1892).
