TUSCULUM MEN ANNOUNCE CHANGE IN FALL GOLF SCHEDULE

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The Tusculum College men's golf team has announced a change in its 2006 fall schedule announced Pioneer head coach Bob Dibble.

Tusculum will participate in the 2006 Lincoln Memorial University Fall Classic, Oct. 23-24 in Tazewell, Tenn.

The Pioneers will be in action next week as they play in the Johnny Palmer Invitational in Badin, N.C.  Tusculum captured the team title at the Anderson University Invitational earlier this week.  TC won the tournament on the final hole as junior Chris Wynne (Johnson City, Tenn.) eagled the par five 18th hole with a 10-foot putt, edging tournament Anderson by two shots.  With that putt, Wynne captured medalist honors by a stroke, while carding the lowest 36-hole score in school history (68-69=137).
