TUSCULUM WOMEN'S GOLF RANKED NO. 25 IN NATION

 

                NEW YORK --- The Tusculum College women's golf teams has slipped two spots and is listed No. 25 in this week's Golf World/National Golf Coaches Association Division II Women's Rankings announced College officials.

 

                The Pioneers received 17 points and is ranked in the nation's top 25 for a second straight week.  Tusculum has finished in the top half of the field in five of their six tournaments this season, including a win at the Tusculum Fall Classic this past October.  In its last tournament, TC finished fifth of 16 teams at the Lady Falcon Invitational in New London, N.C.

 

                Tusculum will face Lincoln Memorial University in a match play competition on Saturday at Holston Hills Country Club in Knoxville, Tenn.  The Pioneers return to tournament action on Monday when they compete at the J. Ralph Hargett Invitational in Monroe, N.C.
