GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- University of Central Arkansas senior Kate Eck fired a tournament-best 72 to claim medallist honors and lead the Sugar Bears to the team title at the 2005 Agnes McAmis Memorial Tuesday at Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville, Tenn.

Eck's final-round and two-day total of 150 was one off the tournament record of 71 and 149, respectively set in 2003. UCA set a new tournament mark with a 615, besting the old mark of 629 by 14 strokes.

Central Arkansas placed three golfers on the All-Tournament team with Eck, junior Christine Lecuyer (154, T-3^rd) and senior Lisa Olson (155, 5^th). Newberry College freshman Eva Cormann finished second with a score of 153 and Pfeiffer University freshman Nikki Taggart tied for third at 154.

Pfeiffer finished second in the team standings at 633, followed by the University of West Florida (642), Florida Gulf Coast University (647) and Catawba College (670).

Host Tusculum College finished ninth with a total of 677 led by sophomore Amanda Bowen's 15^th-place showing (162).
