MATCH TIME ANNOUNCED FOR TUSCULUM, PRESBYTERIAN SAC SOCCER QUARTERFINAL

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The start time for Tuesday's quarterfinal match of the Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Women's Soccer Tournament, between Tusculum College and Presbyterian College has been announced. The Pioneers and Blue Hose will face off beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday night at Pioneer Field on the Tusculum campus.

Admission to Tuesday's match is $5 for adults, $2 for children under 12 and $1 for non-Tusculum students. Tusculum students will be admitted free with a TC ID.

Tusculum is the No. 2 seed in this year's tournament after posting a 12-1-3 record during the regular season. Presbyterian (7-9) is the No. 7 seed after finishing in a three-way tie for fifth place in the league race.

Since joining the conference in 1999, Tusculum is 15-3-1 all-time in the SAC Tournament, including a perfect 7-0 in quarterfinal matches. This will mark the fifth time that the Pioneers and Blue Hose have met in the tournament.

The winner of Tuesday's match advances to Hickory, N.C. for this weekend's semifinal and finals of the SAC Tournament. The winner of the TC-PC contest will face either Catawba College or Newberry College on Friday beginning at 3 p.m. The championship match will be held on Sunday beginning at 1 p.m.
