Tusculum Women’s Soccer No. 2 In South East Region

 

           INDIANAPOLIS --- The Tusculum College women's soccer team is listed second in this week's NCAA Division II Southeast Region rankings annonuced Thursday. 

 

                The Pioneers are just below South Atlantic Conference rival, Carson-Newman and above Columbus State. TC (12-5) defeated SAC rival Wingate, 2-0 Wednesday night.

 

                Junior Danielle Tanner has recorded 17 goals, including seven game winners, and three assists for the Pioneers. Freshman goalie Tori Hadjopoulos has 75 saves and six shut-outs.

 

                Tusculum will travel to Lenoir-Rhyne for a 2 p.m. match Saturday.
