NO. 14 PATRIOTS OUTLAST NO. 39
GREENEVILLE,
FMU (3-1) captured two of the
three doubles points, including an 8-6 pro set win at the No. 2 flight as
Dananjaya Mayadunne and Franklyn
Emmanuel edged TC's Leo Guaycurus
and Henrique Rodrigues. FMU's No. 1 doubles duo of David Budler and Chatwinder Singh won 8-2 over Sergio
Espinosa and Carlos Garcia.
Budler, Singh and Emmanuel won
the top three singles points for the Patriots, while
Garcia rallied from a set down
to defeat Mayadunne 5-7, 6-4, (10-2), while Keth outlasted Guaycurus 6-7, 6-3,
(10-7) in a No. 5 singles marathon.
