GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The No.
35 Tusculum College men's tennis team posted its third shutout of the season
as the Pioneers defeated visiting Belmont Abbey College 9-0 Friday afternoon
at the Roger M. Nichols Tennis Complex. It

The Pioneers improve to 3-1 on
the season, while the Crusaders fall to 1-8 on the year.
Garcia and No. 1 doubles partner
Sergio Espinosa defeated the BAC
pair of Aaron Miller and Jimmie Whitman 8-3 in pro sets.
Garcia also posted a straight set
victory (6-0, 6-1) over Adam Gault at No. 3 singles, while Espinosa defeated Whitman
at No. 2 singles 6-2, 7-6 (6-0).
TC also got singles wins from Pedro Galavis,
Julien Jacob and Hunter Beal. Galavis and Jacob also teamed up to defeat Enrique Gonzalez and Gault 8-2 at No. 2 doubles.
