PACERS NAB CLOSE 5-4 WIN OVER NO. 29 TUSCULUM
The
Lady Pacers started strong with two doubles wins, including the only shut out
of the day by the No. 2 pair of Nicole Copp and Otavia Bastos, who defeated Bronwyn Hartley and Amanda
Pike 8-0.
Tusculum came out strong in singles, as Claudia Bolivar, Danae Valderrama and Maria Nevarez each accounted in straight
set wins. The Lady Pacers came through late in the match, winning the last
three singles flights and grabbing the 5-4 victory.
