TUSCULUM WOMEN'S TENNIS RANKED NO. 40 IN NATION

 

                SKILLMAN, N.J. --- On the strength of its 5-1 record, the Tusculum College women's tennis team has climbed back into the national rankings and is listed No. 40 in the FILA/NCAA Division II Poll announced College officials Friday.

 

                The Pioneers lone loss came against Francis Marion, who is ranked No. 19 the nation.  TC also moved up in the Southeast Regional poll and is listed ninth.

 

                Tusculum's next opponent, California (Pa.) is ranked No. 7 in the country.  The Pioneers and Vulcans will face off on Tuesday afternoon at 4 p.m. at the Nichols Tennis Complex.
