NO. 5 VULCANS BLANK TUSCULUM WOMEN’S TENNIS 9-0

 

                GREENEVILLE, Tenn. --- The No. 5 California (Pa.) women’s tennis team shutout host Tusculum 9-0 Thursday at the Nichols Tennis Complex.  The Vulcans improve to 15-1 on the season, while the Pioneers (9-2) suffer their first home loss of the year.

 

                Tusculum returns to action on Wednesday when the Pioneers travel to in-state foe Lincoln Memorial for a South Atlantic Conference match beginning at 3 p.m.  California is scheduled to play at LMU on Friday, weather permitting.
