CROWE SIGNS WITH TUSCULUM WOMEN’S TENNIS
GREENEVILLE, Tenn.
– Caroline Crowe has signed a National
Letter of Intent to play women’s tennis at Tusculum College,
head coach Tommy Arnett announced
on Wednesday.
A product of nearby Science
Hill High
School, Crowe posted a 56-12 singles record in
her four-year prep career. Coached
at Science Hill by Pete Zannis,
she was a four-time All-Conference selection and a Girls’ 18 Southern Singles
qualifier.
Crowe posted second-place singles finishes in both the district and
region in 2005. In 2006, she registered
a first-place finish in the district and placed second in the region.
“Caroline is an outstanding young lady and tennis player,” Arnett said. “I feel she will have an immediate impact on
the strength of our program.”
Caroline is the daughter of Mike and Cheryl Crowe.
Tusculum College,
located in Greeneville,
Tenn. and
affiliated with Presbyterian Church,
USA,
is an NCAA Division II member of the South Atlantic Conference, which is comprised
of eight colleges and universities in Tennessee,
North Carolina
and South
Carolina.
