SITE SUPERVISOR, TRI-CITIES CENTER

DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
The primary responsibility is to ensure facility is managed in a professional and courteous manner during hours of Tusculum College class operation. In addition, candidate will help educate non-traditional adult prospective students about Tusculum College and its programs. Candidates are required to develop a rapport with a variety of other constituents including businesses, faculty, TC staff, alumni and current students. Administrative support for enrollment representatives to schedule public relations events at local businesses, schools, career fairs and expositions, primarily in upper east Tennessee and surrounding borders. Other duties include significant phone counseling, reviewing application files for missing documents, interviewing, assisting with recruitment related events, producing letters and mailings, responding to student inquiries and answering phones. This is a year-round position with a proposed beginning date of December 7, 2009.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ABOVE POSITION
Qualifications for the above position: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Effective oral and written communication skills, an outgoing personality, the ability to work independently, and as part of a team, a flexible attitude, and a willingness to work some evenings and weekends, when needed. Travel to off-site locations will be required, as position will have a flex schedule component. Strong marketing and customer service skills needed. Ability to manage site with an eye to critical response. This is a comprehensive position and requires a strong work ethic to be successful. Extensive knowledge of computers required.

The Department of Organizational Management at Tusculum College is seeking applications for a full-time faculty member in Management for the Graduate and Professional Studies Programs beginning September 2010. Applicants should have an earned doctorate or anticipate completing a doctorate in business administration or management or related field by September 2010. Professional work experience, college-level teaching experience, and experience teaching working adults are preferred.
Applicants should be committed to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Additional duties include advising students, mentoring adjunct faculty, assistance in the development and implementation of program objectives and committee work related to faculty governance. Successful applicants are expected to engage in and contribute toward the good of the College and its community through the maintenance of current competence in the discipline and shared expertise, time, and talents with the larger College community.

Candidates for all ranks above Lecturer will be considered. We would prefer a candidate credentialed to teach one or more additional business related areas. Applicants should have an earned doctorate or anticipate completing a Ph.D. in Economics by September 2010. DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
The Graduate and Professional Studies program of Tusculum College seeks qualified adjunct faculty for the following teaching positions listed below. GPS offers non-traditional, accelerated, adult-oriented classes. Most classes meet once a week for six weeks and are offered in the evening or on the weekends.
Prior experience with adult students is preferred as well as experience teaching web-enhanced courses using an on-line course delivery system.
Master's degree or Terminal degree (preferred) with 18 graduate hours in:
