Bobbie Greenway

Bobbie Greenway joined Tusculum's Learning Center in January 2004. As Academic Resource Counselor, Bobbie works with Tusculum students on time management; organizing and planning course work; coordinating tutoring through the Tutoring Center, if necessary; initiating contact with the students' professors and tutors; and assisting students with any problems or concerns regarding campus life.

Bobbie's 16-year career in education includes 7 years with the Christian Co Op Preschool in Greeneville, TN, first as a preschool teacher and then as Director. In her capacity as Director, Bobbie supervised all aspects of the preschool program and provided leadership and support to teachers and aides.

She previously served as Health Educator and Public Information Officer for the Greeneville-Greene County Health Department, where she coordinated public relations and communications efforts for the health department, developed Family Life Curriculum for middle and high school levels and conducted educational programs for schools and civic groups.

A former Communications Specialist with East Tennessee Restoration in Morristown, TN, Bobbie was also an editor for Halliburton Investor Relations in Dallas, Texas. She is a magna cum laude graduate of East Tennessee State University with a B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology and a Psychology minor. She has also completed post-graduate work in Social Research.

Bobbie enjoys photography, computerized graphic design, sewing, and stained glass handicraft. She and her husband Gary live in Greeneville and attend Notre Dame Catholic Church. They have four children.
