Biography

With nine years progressive leadership experience in the field, Stephanie Rhea serves as the Senior Student Life Coordinator for Residence Life, Student Activities, and Orientation, as well as managing the residential program for Katherine Hall, Haynes Hall and the residence houses.

As the Residence Life Coordinator, Ms. Rhea provides vision and direction for the Residence Life operations. This includes 25 Resident Assistants in the RA Program, the RHA program, student development and educational initiatives in the residence halls, Living Learning Communities, staff development, and advisement of hall government.

As the Student Activities Coordinator, Ms. Rhea's overall responsibilities include the coordination of all student activities initiated by the Student Affairs division on the Tusculum College campus. As advisor to the Student Activities Board (SAB), Ms. Rhea provides leadership to students in planning, organizing, and executing various co-curricular activities.

As Orientation Coordinator, Ms. Rhea directs all components of new student orientation, including Orientation Leader recruitment and training, and planning and implementation of the new student Orientation program. Ms. Rhea collaborates with College partners to provide new students with a comprehensive Tusculum Orientation experience. Ms. Rhea joined the staff at Tusculum in June 2008.
