Scholarship competition hosted by Tusculum College
About 60 prospective students participated in a scholarship competition Saturday (Feb. 22) at Tusculum College. These students, who have been accepted for admission to the college, took part in two interviews by scholarships committees of faculty and staff members to determine eligibility for various scholarships, including three full-tuition Trustee Scholarships. Above, Amy Dolinger, at far right, assistant director of admissions, visits with students in the Pioneer Perk while they await their interviews. Officials from the college, such as Dean of Students Scott Mashburn (inset), spoke to parents about academics, campus life, financial aid, and other facets of campus life. Both the Chalmers Conference Center and the Pioneer Perk are in the Niswonger Commons building. (Tusculum College photo)
