Student Email Accounts Students are encouraged to check their email
accounts regularly. The email account will take the form name@students.tusculum.edu and is the preferred means of communication
between the College and students.
Sakai Login
Tusculum currently uses Sakai as its course management system. Tusculum students use their student email account as their
username in Sakai.
TCWEB System
Students may check their latest grades, schedules and status online
through TCWeb. You'll need your student email address to logon to the system.
Online Payments
Students may pay for tuition and room and board online, as well as other fees, fines and charges.
Information and tools for Tusculum College's computer labs
If you are having problems with your email account or your lab account, select the link below which best describes your situation:
» I know my password, but I want to change it.
» I forgot my password, and I need it reset.
» I need a file deleted from my Roaming Profile.
» Request a folder for classes. (For instructor use)
The above requests are emailed to a lab manager and are fulfilled as soon as possible. Requests are usually met by the following business day.
If you are on the main campus in Greeneville, you may also make the requests in person to the Information Systems department, located on the fourth floor of Niswonger Commons. If you have continuing problems, call the Tusculum College Helpdesk at: 423-636-7346 or on campus call extension 5346.
Web Folder Login
You can quickly find and log into your web folder. Click on the Web Folder List, then locate and click your username. You'll receive a prompt to enter your password. Once you enter it, you'll have access to your web folder! You may access your web folder from any computer with internet access.
