Located just north of Pioneer Field, this building has a strikingly modern circluar design. The building houses the Visual Arts Department, a darkroom, and general purpose classrooms.

History

Originally a "demonstration school" for exceptional children, it was completed in 1971 and was known as the Human Resource Center (or HRC) until it was renamed in 1976 for Johnson City businessman and former Tusculum College Board of Trustees chairman Herbert L. Shulman.
