Mission Statement

The mission of the Tusculum College Office of Career Development is to equip students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities required beyond the classroom to successfully transition from college to either graduate school or the world of work.

Upcoming Events

CAREER FAIR 2008

Tusculum College, as a collaborative effort with 18 other regional colleges and universities, will be participating in Career Fair 2008, to be held Thursday, April 17th from noon- 5p.m. at the Holiday Inn and Suites, 3005 Linden Drive, Bristol Virginia. Students who have the ability to attend are encouraged to participate, as Human Resource personnel from over 100 regional and national employers will be on hand to discuss employment opportunities for graduates.

If a student cannot attend the fair but would like to discuss employers attending and receive contact information for those employers, you may contact the Office of Career Development at ext. 5378 or email questions and inquiries to awaddell@tusculum.edu.

About Career Development

The Office of Career Development offers resources and counseling to Tusculum College students concerning their post-collegiate careers. The Office of Career Development also assists TC students in finding summer employment, internships, practicums, and other opportunities. Career Development is also an important resource for local, state, and national businesses, corporations, and foundations to connect with TC students.
